windows 7 64bit
antivirus dr.web
tried to disable it or running as an administrator - same event - ANTICHEAT FAILS TO LOAD

any suggestions please?

PS no dll or path exception possible in dr web (only application)

Ditch dr.web and get an antivirus program that allows you to make an exception for anticheat.dll
Avast! works well and is free for personal use.

it does not work even if i disable antivirus AND firewall...
u think it is the case still?

Disable the A/V tool. Download and install a new copy of A/C and see if that works. The A/V program may have "fixed" the A/C dll, making it unusable.
