I have same kind of problem - but this occurs only if I play lithium. My mouse is G5 and whenever I use its additional game settings with r1q2, dpi drops and I have to use sensitivity like 27 before it's playable. That way I can get sensitivity high enough, but mouse is still overally way more unstable and movement isn't as smooth as with additional games. If play without addiotional game settings (in setpoint settings), it works with lesser sensitivity (around 6.8 ) but is again more blunky.

I have had this problem only recently, I played lithium with exactly same settings for over 6 months, but it just suddenly stopped working with these settings - little while after I updated firmware and r1q2, though I'm 99% sure it worked for a while after firmware update (to 1.2). DM and ping only (insta) still plays like it did before, lithium doesn't.
