Hi !
I tried the client R1Q2 as well as R1GL. Both looks nice and I would like to try them on "for real". The problem is that I run WinXP and the acceleration is up da walls.
In NoCheat there is the command m_xp that takes away the WinXP acceleration bug in quake2. Is there a similar command in R1Q2 ?

As it is right now I spin around like a ice skating primadonna on speed Sad

Well this made an perfect example that Murphy really exists. As soon as I
made my first post I got hold of a friend that solved my problem.
He showed med the solution ...
Quote from: client cvars

m_directinput [0/1]
Enable DirectInput mouse support. Use in_restart to restart the input sybsystem after changing this cvar
I may say that it was not obvious that this cvar made the difference. I am no
high tech pro so I missed that completely.
Sorry for bothering and taking up some binary space Wink

There is also m_fixaccel if you don't want to use DirectInput, but the DirectInput is very nice and smooth for me so go for it!
