Is it possible to make the con transparent? If so what is the command.

Use a transparent pic (PNG, TGA) and it will work. See the R1Q2 client README for more information.

i made 40% transparent png and it doesnt work Sad.. console is just more grey

You need to be sure it's alpha transparency you're using. It does work - see the example conback included in the R1Q2 readme.

i use nocheat_refgl.dll instead of ref_gl.dll and thecommand are
set gl_contrans "0.75"
