sorry for the newb question
im new to compiling from source

im currently on debian with libcurl installed but i get the following in my qconsole

==== InitGame ====
WARNING: OpenTDM was built without libcurl. Some features will be unavailable.

im wondering what might be the issue and also what features are unvailable with this?
thanks

you have to define HAVE_CURL to use libcurl..
it handles HTTP downloading for example for webconfig voting
