Since OpenTDM may occasionally crash, it's important to save the stack trace to help track down the problem. The error handler unfortunately cannot interact with Q2 (eg write to log file) without risking further crashing, so it writes to stderr which I guess not many people are logging. To log this, simply add 2>>crash_log to your command line, eg:

./r1q2ded +set game opentdm +exec server.cfg +map q2dm2 2>>crash_log

If the server crashes, details will be in the crash_log file which you can submit to the bug tracker.
