Right-click an empty place on your desktop, left-click Properties. The Display Properties dialog pops up, click on the Settings tab. The detected display and video card description appears there.

The driver can also be identified by: right-click My Computer, Properties, Hardware tab, Device Manager. You can make Windows find an updated driver for your video device by right-clicking the item.
